Do you do back orders?

Currently, there are no options to back order on the website, however if you contact our sales desk, we can have someone work with you on your ordering process.

Is it required to create an account during checking out?

No. It is optional to create an account. However, we would highly recommend it for the following reasons: Your information can be saved for reordering. You can view your history of past orders. You can also process a return much easier since all your order information will be displayed. You can save your wish list for future orders. You can also be notified and have coupons and gift certificates attached to your account.

What’s the warranty on your products?

Depending on the LED light, we either offer a 30,000 hour / 3-year warranty or 50,000 hour / 5-year warranty. So anytime within the lifespan of the LED light, if there is any manufacturer defect, we will happily return or replace the light for you.

Do you price match on your LED lights?

Absolutely! We guarantee the lowest cost and would be more than happy to price match if someone is offering you a lower price for LED lights similar to our specification. To do this, contact us at sales@totallights.com

How long does take to process an order?

Your order is processed within 24 – 48 hours. Majority of our orders are ready for shipment and shipped on the same day if placed before 4:30 PM (Central standard time).

What payment options do you offer?

You may pay by any major credit card using either PayPal or Stripe. Purchase with confidence – we are PayPal Verified!

How long does it take after the order is processed for the LED lights to be delivered to me?

We mainly ship using USPS or UPS Ground, which can take anywhere from 2 – 5 days. If it takes longer than one week, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can check where your package is. You may contact us at sales@totallights.com
